PROGRAM DETAILS

Oversee an independent project that furthers our mission while living and working in Washington, D.C.

For All-Star Ambassadors who are either entering their senior year or are recent graduates, the FtF Scholar Program offers the opportunity to jumpstart their career by either -

1. Developing and proposing their own project that furthers the organization’s mission.
2. Applying to one of our identified Scholar Projects.

In either scenario, the Scholar is responsible for developing a plan to implement their project by the end of the summer. With the support of FtF staff and resources, Scholars develop critical project management and communication skills. 

Scholars work Monday through Friday out of our headquarters in Washington, D.C. In addition to a monthly stipend, Scholars receive housing and a monthly metro benefit.

Grow your professional network through living and working in Washington, D.C.

Promote FtF’s leadership programs and policy issues.

Identify key deliverables and timeline for your project.

Work with our team to incorporate your project into FtF’s portfolio of policy resources and leadership programming.

Our summer 2025 program will run from June 10th to August 1st, with our Scholars working Monday through Thursday out of our DC office.
