Free the Facts is a project of Entitlements! How?, a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that provides young Americans with reliable information about the fiscal policies, programs, and problems that impact their lives.
Each academic year, our college tour visits campuses and conferences across the country to talk about specific issues.
We do not advocate for a specific policy approach or ideological perspective. Our mission is to provide a space where people can discuss policy problems, form their own opinions, and begin developing/testing solutions.
Through its bipartisan policy board and team of dedicated experts, the organization offers presentations and leadership opportunities that enable young Americans to form their own opinions, craft policy solutions, make sound financial decisions, and meaningfully participate in civic debate. The organization is governed by a six-person board of directors and has offices in Arlington, Virginia.
We welcome everybody. We have a go-anywhere, invite-everyone philosophy. Our events, online tools, and leadership programs are available to – and fun for – students who know a lot about public policy and those just getting started, We share our facts with people from all backgrounds, political affiliations, and viewpoints.
Our goal is to empower young Americans by arming them with good information. What they do with that information is up to them. They can use what they’ve learned in the classroom, pursue an FTF-sponsored opportunity, or simply make better decisions about their personal finances.
